Ski Trail Survey work - Dutchman Trails

Most of the project work on ski trails is complete; it’s time to do surveys of the trail conditions and deal with blowdowns to prepare for the upcoming ski season. 

The trails in the Dutchman ski trail system have largely not been surveyed yet. There are a few known logs down. The goal of this week’s work will be to walk the trails, cut smaller stuff that might be down on the trails, and mark the location of bigger blowdowns that will need to be cut. If we have any certified sawyers who sign up we may tackle some of these bigger logs. Depending on turnout, we’ll cover multiple trails.
