This hike will be followed by dinner at the world-famous Cowboy Dinner Tree in Silver Lake. Cost of the meal is $45.00 + tip. This must be paid in CASH at the time of the meal. You will be able to choose from either a 27-30 oz steak (cooked medium rare) or a whole chicken. Yes, you can take leftovers home with you. You will have a limited choice of non-alcoholic beverages to consume with dinner. What to bring: Ten essentials, water, snack/lunch, and proper footwear (no tennis shoes or sandals). Dogs are not allowed on this hike.
Difficulty level: Difficult.
Number of hikers: 8 maximum
Carpooling: Carpooling can be arranged at the meeting place. If you ride with someone, please donate to their gas fund. Be generous for obvious reasons.
